Jordan Takes Important Steps To Quell it’s Water Woes

On July 29th experts and officials will be meeting for a two day convention in Jordan to discuss their growing water crisis. They are trying to finalize water conservation and collection plans that will be put in place to run until 2022. The  Jordan Water Strategy  includes a series of water projects to meet Jordans’ needs and goals to exploit the benefits of surface water, and to bring an end to  pumping from underground wells. The 5.86 billion JD water strategy lays out  investment plans that call for the implementation of several projects that are trying to provide sufficient and safe drinking water for all Jordanians.
